Daily Verse

John reminds us that genuine faith is demonstrated by a life that seeks to obey Christ. Obedience is not what earns our salvation, but it is evidence that our relationship with Jesus is real. Our words alone cannot authenticate our faith; a transformed heart produces a growing desire to follow God’s commands, even though we do so imperfectly.
