Daily Verse

David does not say that God keeps him from trouble; he says that God sustains him in the midst of it. This verse is a reminder that faith is not the absence of difficulties but confidence in God’s presence through them. When challenges, opposition, or uncertainty surround us, we can trust that God sees our situation, preserves us, and works on our behalf.

God’s “right hand” symbolizes His power and authority. The same God who delivered David is still able to strengthen, protect, and guide His people today. Even when we cannot see the outcome, we can rest in the assurance that our lives are secure in His hands.

Application: When facing a difficult situation, resist the temptation to focus only on the trouble. Instead, remember God’s faithfulness and ask Him to help you trust His presence and power. He may not remove every challenge immediately, but He promises to walk with you through it and sustain you along the way.
