Daily Verse

This verse reminds us that Jesus fulfilled the purpose of the Law perfectly. The Law revealed God’s holiness and our inability to achieve righteousness on our own, pointing us to our need for a Savior. In Christ, righteousness is no longer earned through human effort but received through faith.

For believers today, this is both freeing and humbling. We do not strive to gain God’s acceptance through perfection or performance; instead, we rest in the finished work of Christ. Our obedience becomes a response of gratitude and love, not an attempt to earn salvation. Romans 10:4 calls us to trust fully in Jesus, who accomplished what we never could on our own.
