John 15:7-8 ESV
If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples.
John 15:7–8 centers on the power of abiding in Christ. Jesus makes it clear that a fruitful life doesn’t come from striving harder, but from staying closely connected to Him—letting His words shape our thoughts, desires, and decisions. When we truly abide, our prayers begin to align with His will, and what we ask reflects His heart.
